Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within ten business days. 

Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently are unable to accept orders shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the USA.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed.

Damages

Mr. Halloween is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
